1. Why did you apply to be a Pride Guide?
I want to help prospective students find where they belong. I also love interacting with others, and it's a great way to make connections and share my personal stories so students can envision themselves at Hofstra.
2. What is something most people don't know about you?
I love the outdoors. Camping, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, etc. I love being outdoors and enjoying the fresh air.
3. What advice do you have for first-year students?
4. Describe your orientation experience.
It was a great way to show students what college life would be like. Being able to stay in a dorm made me understand how much freedom you have, and it was a great way to meet other students that would be attending Hofstra. It was also a time where I got to know my future roommate because we planned to go to the same one.
