Fright Night!

This coming Tuesday the 29thThe Office of University Relations and the Hofstra Cultural Center will be hosting the event “Fright Night”! This is an outdoor Halloween festival and movie screening, being held on Adams Quad which is located on South Campus, that will put everyone in the Halloween spirit! Fright Night starts at 8pm, and be sure you get there at 8 so you don't miss out on all the event has to offer! From 8-9, there will events such as a costume contest, where the first place winner will receive an iPad Mini! Also for everyone who arrives before 9 pm, you will be able to also enjoy free harvest treats and activities including: pumpkin decorating, jack-o-lantern carving, candy and caramel apples, Halloween cupcakes, etc! Right after all of this Halloween fun, starting at 9, the movie screening of Scream (Rated R for violence and language) will be shown! Bring your sleeping bags, lawn chairs, blankets, etc. and enjoy the provided treats such as popcorn, apple cider and hot chocolate!
