Debate 2012 kickoff

This week was the first signature event leading up to the presidential debate.  It started off with Christina Romer in the Adams Playhouse last Wednesday. Romer is the former chair of President Obama's Council of Economic Advisors.

She spoke about the deficit, long-term outlook for the economy and how the economy will affect the outcome of the 2012 presidential election. It was very informative and she was very friendly, taking time to answer questions from the audience.

The next event will feature Jeb Bush on September 19.
